The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued recalls for July 28 through August 4, including a Jeep recall involving 99,186 units and a Toyota recall involving 75,316 units. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2016 Audi TT Roadster, TT Coupe, S3 Sedan, R8 Coupe, A3 Sedan, A3 Etron, A3 Cabriolet, 2016 Golf Sportwagen, Golf R, Golf GTI, Golf A7 and E Golf vehicles . During airbag deployment, the front passenger airbag may explode or deploy incorrectly. 1,216 units are affected. Read more
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Audi Q8 and 2020-2021 Audi Q7 vehicles. A component inside the fuel pump can fail, causing the fuel pump to fail. 49,443 units are affected. Read more
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2022 Audi S3 and A3 sedans. The retention force of the seat belt tensioner on the driver and passenger seats may be insufficient to properly restrain the occupants in a crash. 2,584 units are affected. Read more

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022-2023 iX xDrive50, iX M60, 2022 i4 eDrive40 and i4 M50 vehicles. The high voltage battery may have internal damage, which may result in an electrical short circuit. 83 units are affected. Read more
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022 X3 xDrive30i vehicles. The high pressure fuel rail can crack and result in a fuel leak into the engine compartment. Two units are affected. Read more

(Ferrari) is recalling certain 2005-2009 430, 2019-2020 488 Pista, 2016 F60 America, 2005-2011 612 Scaglietti, 2010-2011 612, 202, 202, 202, 202, 202, 202, 202 . -2020 Gso Gso 2017-2020 Gso -2015 LaFerrari, 2017 LaFerrari Aperta and 2019-2022 Portofino vehicles. The brake fluid reservoir cap may not vent properly, creating a vacuum inside the brake fluid reservoir and resulting in a brake fluid leak that can lead to a partial or total loss of brake function. 23,555 units are affected. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 F-53 commercial stripped chassis and F-59 commercial stripped chassis. The steering wheel mounting bolt can loosen and separate from the steering column, resulting in a loose or dislodged steering wheel. 692 units are affected. Read more

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L vehicles. The tail light side markers may be damaged and not light up. As such, these vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 108, “Lamp, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.” 99,186 units are affected. Read more

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2022-23 Land Rover Defender, Discovery, Discovery Sport, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Velar vehicles. The belt pretensioners for the driver and front passenger can be damaged, which can cause the seat belts not to hold the occupants properly. 4,927 units are affected. Read more

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2021-2023 AMG GT43, E450 Cabriolet, E450 Wagon, E450 Coupe, 2019-2023 AMG E53, E53 Coupe, E53 Cabriolet, AMG GT59, CLS201503, CLS20201 vehicles. The transmission harness can be misrouted, which can expose the electrical connector to corrosion and result in an electrical short. 27,330 units are affected. Read more

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Rogue, 2022 Frontier, Pathfinder and Titan rental vehicles. When the Sirius XM subscription is set to “Not Subscribed”, it may cause the infotainment head unit to restart, resulting in the reversing camera not working. As such, these vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 111, “Rear Visibility”. 10,477 units are affected. Read more

Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) is recalling certain 2015-2021 WRX vehicles. The reverse light switch can corrode and fail, which can result in the reverse lights not turning on and the reverse camera image not being displayed when the vehicle reverses. 59,934 units are affected. Read more

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022 Rav4, Rav4 Hybrid and Rav4 Prime vehicles. The front passenger seat may have been assembled with interference between internal parts that could cause the Occupant Classification System (OCS) sensor to incorrectly detect the occupant. As such, these vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 208, “Occupant Crash Protection”. 3,533 units are affected. Read more
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Tacoma vehicles. One or more of the individual welds in the upper child seat anchors may be insufficient. As such, these vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 225, “Child Restraint Anchorage System”. 75,316 units are affected. Read more

The wrong taillights may have been installed, resulting in the rear turn signals not lighting up properly.
